The Prana Lab is built by PranaFit Labs LLC, a software company registered in Sheridan, Wyoming, USA. We build subscription-based mobile fitness applications that help people train consistently, track progress, and stay healthy — wherever they are.

02 Information We Collect
We collect only what is needed to run the Service:
- Account details — your email address when you create an account.
- Fitness data you enter — workouts, exercises, weight, measurements, routines, and challenge activity.
- Device information — device model, operating system version, and app version.
- Usage analytics — how you interact with the app (features used, sessions, crashes) to improve performance.
03 How We Use Information
- Provide, operate, and sync the Service across your devices.
- Personalize workout plans and track your progress.
- Improve existing features and develop new ones.
- Process and manage subscriptions.
- Respond to support requests and send service updates.
04 Third Parties
Payments and subscriptions are handled by Apple (App Store) and Google (Google Play) under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.
We may use a limited number of service providers (such as hosting and analytics) who process data on our behalf under contract. We never sell your data.
05 Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely and transmitted using industry-standard measures, including encryption in transit. We limit access to personal data to what is necessary to operate the Service, and we retain it only as long as needed to provide the Service or as required by law. No system is perfectly secure, but protecting your data is a core part of how we build The Prana Lab.
06 Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing support@pranalab.fit. We will respond promptly. Deleting your account removes your personal data from our active systems.
07 Children's Privacy
The Prana Lab is not directed at users under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, contact support@pranalab.fit and we will delete it.
08 Health Disclaimer
The Prana Lab provides fitness tracking and general wellness information. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional medical guidance, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a qualified health professional before starting any exercise program, especially if you have an existing medical condition.
09 Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the Service develops. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
